Co33 Terms & Conditions — User's Rights & Responsibilities

Co33 (referred to herein as the "Platform") is operated by the co33 Group. These Terms & Conditions apply to the co33.best website and its associated mobile applications. By creating an account, using any service, or placing bets on the Platform, the user is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Co33 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Both single bets and multi-event bets (Accumulator/Parlay) are supported.
• Any bet placed after a betting market has closed will be considered void.
• co33 reserves the right to set betting limits for specific users.

If your internet connection drops during live betting, any confirmed bets will remain valid. Unconfirmed bets will be cancelled and the funds returned. Your full betting history is always available in the "My Bets" section — if you notice any discrepancy, please contact support within 24 hours.

Co33's bonus system is designed to give users extra value. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions — bonuses cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met.

• Before redeeming any bonus, read the specific terms of each offer — wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible games may vary.
• A new bonus cannot be redeemed while another bonus is still active.
• Each bonus is single-use only — the same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once from the same account.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only — if the same person attempts to claim it by opening a new account, the bonus will be void.
• Promo codes and vouchers have a set expiry date — they cannot be used once expired.
• When wagering with bonus funds, odds must be at least 1.5 — bets placed at lower odds will not count toward wagering requirements.

Co33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, co33 may forfeit all bonuses and any winnings derived from them on the account in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the co33 platform. If any of these are proven, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Account manipulation — creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing funds from illegal sources.
• Betting involving match-fixing or the use of insider information.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Misconduct or harassment toward co33 staff.

Co33 treats the protection of users' personal information as a top priority. Data collected at registration is used solely for the purposes outlined below.

Co33 may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Users will be given at least 7 days' notice of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Any dispute between co33 and a user must first be submitted to the support team for resolution. The support team will respond within 72 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it will be referred to co33's designated mediator. All dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted in English or Bangla.
